During the public comment portion of the Silver Creek Township Board of Supervisors meeting on Aug. 5, resident Ryan Soderholm urged caution on a planned road reconstruction near his property.
Soderholm said he was concerned about losing additional yard or his driveway if the township reconstruction proceeds as currently planned. He told the board that the right-of-way does not line up with the existing road and that the road should not be raised because access is already a challenge. He also discussed the possibility of a drainage easement through the south side of his property and said he would be willing to work with the township on that easement.
The minutes record Soderholm's concerns but do not show any formal board response or immediate action; the matter remains a point for future project planning and coordination between the resident and township staff or supervisors.
