• 2025/o4 — Mitchellville Preservation Project lease: Council approved an ordinance authorizing the county administrator to execute uniform leases allowing the Mitchellville Preservation Project to occupy and expand use of county space.
• 2025/o2 — Community Development Code amendment (short‑term rentals): Council advanced second reading of an amendment to allow lodging/short‑term rentals in the Dale Community Preservation District and Dale Mixed Use District as a special use that requires application to the Zoning Board of Appeals; the item moved forward with one council member recused from the vote.
