White Lake board approves 2026 CMAR, hires part-time mower and OKs White Lake Market licenses

The Village of White Lake board approved several routine actions during its June 9 meeting, voting unanimously to adopt the 2026 CMAR Resolution (WW1-2026), to recruit a part-time, as-needed grass-cutting worker at $10 per hour, and to grant alcohol and tobacco licenses to White Lake Market.
Trustee Patsy Listle moved to approve the CMAR resolution; Trustee Bill Frasch seconded, and the board voted all ayes. Frasch and Listle were also the mover/second on the consent agenda earlier in the meeting, which included the May 12 minutes and May financials. A motion by Trustee Bill Frasch, seconded by President Tom Edelman, authorized recruitment for the part-time mower position at $10 per hour; the board again voted all ayes.
Trustee Listle moved and Trustee Frasch seconded to approve alcohol and tobacco licenses for White Lake Market; that motion carried on an all-aye vote. The board discussed bids for a building inspector but took no action and agreed to collect more information and hold a special meeting if needed.
All votes recorded in the meeting minutes were unanimous among the three listed board members (President Tom Edelman, Trustee Patsy Listle and Trustee Bill Frasch). The board adjourned at 7:13 p.m.
