PFISD board ratifies personnel moves, upholds staff appeal and nominates trustee to TASB

Trustee Torres also moved (seconded by Trustee Mitchell) to ratify the principal appointment, which passed 6–0. The board then voted to uphold the administration's decision regarding a Level 4 staff appeal; that motion carried 6–0.
Earlier in the meeting the board moved and unanimously carried a nomination of a trustee for the TASB (Texas Association of School Boards) board of directors; President Lorigo Joes made the motion and trustees voted 6–0.
