"That would be the maximum that I would do for the 1st year," he said, adding he can provide vendor lists and references from markets he currently runs in Hamilton and other nearby jurisdictions.
Trustees asked for a vendor contact list and details about hours and footprint; Gard said he would supply that to the township administrator. Trustees said they would check with nearby markets and consider potential impacts on the lot during busy months.
