Trustee Mancha moved to approve the consent agenda, which included the minutes of the June 11, 2026 regular meeting and claims for July; Trustee Scott seconded the motion. The minutes record, “All in favor. Motion carried.”
Trustee Uldrich moved to approve extra meeting pay for the budget workshop held Monday night; Trustee Mancha seconded and the minutes again record, “All in favor. Motion carried.”
For sewer maintenance, Trustee Uldrich moved and Trustee Scott seconded approval to use Johnson’s Cleaning Service to clean selected mains next fiscal year; the motion carried with the minutes stating, “All in favor. Motion carried.” The minutes do not provide individual roll-call votes or numerical tallies.
The approvals finalize routine administrative items and a planned maintenance contract that the board identified as part of routine sewer system upkeep. No additional contract amounts, start dates or work schedules were included in the minutes.
