The report needs refinement — including cost estimates — and staff asked for additional time to complete that work.
"Ferncliff has yet to build those... They have requested a series of extensions," a staff member told the board, and added that staff expect to return in the first quarter of next year with a refined plan and recommended improvements.
Next steps: the board was asked to consider updated language in resolution C4 to reflect the current status and the staff review; no final approvals or permit changes were adopted at the work session.
