Clifton council approves use permit for 1st Step Media photography studio on Chapel Road

The council voted unanimously in favor.
The permit approval follows the Planning Commission’s recommendation and the council did not record any additional conditions beyond those noted by the Planning Commission. The council’s approval allows the applicant to proceed with the studio subject to local permitting and any required inspections.
