The motion to approve the site plan included standard staff recommendations on snow‑storage locations, ADA spaces and an updated planting schedule, and passed by voice vote. A council member noted the building renderings were consistent with modern corporate design and that the site plan appears to provide appropriate access and parking.
With the site plan approved, the developer may proceed to finalize signage and construction permitting in coordination with city staff and the planning commission conditions.
