McSherry explained assessment and intervention protocols: universal screeners (AIMSwebPlus and FastBridge), tiered intervention durations (Tier 2: 9–12 weeks; Tier 3: 12–20 weeks), weekly progress monitoring and dismissal criteria (three consecutive weeks meeting target goal).
Board members asked whether the plan requires board approval; administrators confirmed the Title I plan should be adopted by the board. A motion to approve the Title I schoolwide plan was moved and seconded; the board approved the plan by voice vote, "Motion carries 6 to 0." The administration said they will share the presentation and the plan link in the packet with parents per federal requirements.
