Developers tighten Radisson site plans; board told buyers aim to close in December 2026

The liaison said the buyers want to hold off on closing until key town approvals are in place and gave a target closing date of December 2026; she said zoning and the building department will circulate a near-final site plan to advisory boards for comment when the plan is 90–99% complete. Members asked the liaison to continue working with developers to adjust exterior treatments so the finished project fits Grand Island’s streetscape.
Board members said they will review the plan through the regular advisory-board circulation process once zoning places it on a public agenda.
