"Due to recent state regulations; the Borough must comply with stricter requirements for posting meeting minutes online and for migrating to an ADA-compliant website," Mayor Grova said. To minimize compliance risk, Grova said staff recommend retaining a vendor with municipal website experience.
Grova said the borough will add Resolution No. 56-26 to the Regular Meeting agenda to award a $7,395 quote to Mach LLC A/B/A Town Nexus for website design and maintenance. The quote was presented as a means to ensure ADA compliance and to satisfy new state posting requirements; council agreed to place the resolution on the agenda for formal action.
