Solicitor Moustakas told council a public auction was held April 17 for property no longer needed for a public purpose; a $40,000 bid from Henry Papiano T/A Blue Flame LLC for Block 1000, Lot 20 (Gorgo Lane) was accepted and placed on the agenda as Resolution No. 55-26. The minutes record all votes as unanimous among present members.

The Sandy Drive award to Arawak as low bidder (approximately $271,000) was discussed for reissuance of an award resolution in conformance with NJDOT requirements.
Motions to adopt the resolutions were routinely made by Mr. Carrow and seconded by other council members; roll-call votes recorded Mr. Carrow, Mr. Corwonski, Mrs. Engle, Mr. Curcio and Mr. Miller as voting yes, with Miss Renzi absent. The meeting included no public comment on these items.
The council's actions complete a set of administrative approvals intended to move capital and administrative projects forward; specific contract amounts for the website contract and some program details were not specified in the meeting minutes.
