No members of the public spoke during the hearings.
The ordinance and budget were both opened for public comment and closed with no speakers before the council moved to adopt. Council members voting in favor included Mr. Carrow, Mr. Corwonski, Mrs. Engle, Mr. Curcio and Mr. Miller; Miss Renzi was recorded as absent.
The adoption enables the Borough to set aside banked cap capacity for future use, as described in the ordinance, and finalizes municipal appropriations for the 2026 fiscal year. The council did not discuss any amendments to the budget during the meeting. The council adjourned at 7:36 p.m.
