Zoning administrator reports compliance checks, stormwater inspection; next meeting set for Jan. 15, 2026

Alexis said staff completed a zoning compliance review for an addition of stairs at 222 Louisiana Road and that roughly 11 incomplete applications remain in the department pipeline, including one seeking a special use permit. Alexis also reported a Sept. 23 stormwater inspection at 325 North Carolina Terrace; staff told the property owner the operation-and-maintenance agreement and as-built stormwater plans still must be submitted after a required stormwater tank enlargement.
The board confirmed its next meeting will be Jan. 15, 2026, at 10:30 a.m., and set a signage subcommittee meeting for Nov. 13 at 9:30 a.m. at town hall.
