Jeff, a redevelopment staff member, explained the Cook bond issue and detailed the RDC’s pledged share for a Fulton Pike bridge-improvement bond; he said the highway department and major bridge fund cover the bulk of that payment while the RDC pays a smaller portion.
A committee member moved and the commission seconded approval of the claims. Jeff called the roll: Commissioners Martin, Keesling and Jones were recorded as voting yes and the motion passed 3–0.
