After some discussion about whether the associated 501(c)(3) endowment would participate, the board voted to approve the $4,571 repair now and asked staff to contact the foundation to seek reimbursement or participation; motion carried 5‑0.
The township solicitor presented a final, advertised ordinance amending the township's responsible contractor ordinance; the board adopted the ordinance (voice vote 5‑0).
On a tax assessment appeal that began in 2021 (Floral Veil LLC), the solicitor said a settlement stipulation had been circulated and signed by other parties. The stipulation, when applied across the relevant years, will cost the township approximately $5,324. The board approved executing the stipulation; vote was 4‑1 in favor.
Finally, the board confirmed several appointments to township bodies, including James Driscoll to the Environmental Advisory Council (alternate), Mark Peroli and Abby Yates to Park and Recreation, and James Brand to the Planning Commission.
