Legislative Ethics subcommittee holds executive session under AS 24.60.160, returns with no public business

The Alaska State Legislature Select Committee on Legislative Ethics Senate Subcommittee met at noon Jan. 31 and moved into an executive session under state confidentiality law, then returned to public session reporting no business before adjourning.

Chair Joyce Anderson called the subcommittee to order at 12:01 p.m. and Kevin Reeve conducted roll call; present were Senator Stevens, Senator Yundt, Public Member Skip Cook and Public Member Conner Thomas, establishing a quorum.
