"Our out to lunch disability pride event is 1 month from yesterday... having 1,345 people at least attend was pretty good," Kate said, describing last year's turnout and the confirmed additions for this year, including a speaking component with Anita from Easterseals and a martial-arts interactive performance. She said the event will run 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., the speaking component starts at 11:45 a.m., and organizers requested that the mayor arrive about 11:20–11:25 for a proclamation reading behind City Hall.
