Councilmembers asked how the commission could improve outreach and help smaller organizations with capacity and grant-writing; Alivado suggested targeted follow-up with repeat applicants and working with committee members to create focused assistance rather than large-scale outreach alone.
The committee reported Resolution 26-155 out for adoption with no objections.
