At its July 13 meeting the council approved an amended final plat for Park Place Subdivision (Bill 2026-41), which removes one lot and adjusts lot lines to improve developability, as staff and the surveyor explained. Planning & Zoning had recommended approval at its June meeting.
In other business, staff described the need to relocate a sanitary sewer main connected to the former Andre Medical Center demolition. Plan B Development provided an estimate to install approximately 170 linear feet of 8-inch main, tie into an existing manhole and install a new manhole at an estimated cost of $22,917. Staff said the collection system annual budget provides funding and that, after this approval, the project reserve would have approximately $68,985 remaining.
Council moved and approved the Plan B Development contract and later approved claims. The council opened the floor for public comment and recorded no speakers.
