On the station project, the representative said, "July 21, we will have what they call a page turn review. So every page of the construction documents, we will go page by page to make sure, with the architects, that nothing was missed." The representative added that the project documents are scheduled to go out to bid on Aug. 6, with a pre-bid on Aug. 13 and a tentative bid opening on Sept. 3.
The fire department will bring three new applications for approval at the next council meeting. No further funding details or contract amounts were presented during the meeting; those items will appear in future agenda materials if and when they are submitted for action.
