Board members asked about how the full plan would be shared; staff said the full document is about 80 pages and can be shared by link or placed on the village website for public review. The resolution does not obligate village funds now; instead it positions the village to apply for state TAP and related grants (the board noted the state grant cycle runs every two years).
The motion passed by voice vote with no recorded opposition. Staff will post or circulate the consultant plan and use the packet of recommendations when preparing future grant applications.
