River Ridge board elects officers and administers oaths to three newly elected supervisors

The River Ridge Community Development District board on Nov. 19 adopted Resolution 2025-02 to elect its officers and administered the Oath of Office to three newly elected supervisors.
Mrs. Adams administered the oath to Kurt Blumenthal (Seat 3), Terry Mountford (Seat 4) and Robert Twombly (Seat 5). At the meeting Mr. Mountford nominated Bob Schultz for chair, himself for vice chair and Kurt Blumenthal, Robert Twombly and Keith Merrill as assistant secretaries. The nominations were adopted on a motion by Terry Mountford, seconded by Kurt Blumenthal, with all supervisors voting in favor.
Mrs. Adams also reviewed requirements for public officers, including Form 1 and Form 8B disclosure filings and the Sunshine Amendment, and said the annual four-hour ethics training deadlines will be added to the Key Activity Dates List. The board did not take additional action beyond electing officers and recording the oath administration.
The board’s next regular meeting is scheduled for Dec. 10, 2024, at 1:00 p.m., unless canceled.
