Woolwich committee passes consent agenda, approves mortgage subordination and renews IT services

Separately, the committee un-tabled and adopted R-2024-180, a subordination of mortgage agreement involving the New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency and Woolwich Housing Partners, LLC; Solicitor Alice described recent changes as "housekeeping" and Mayor Matthias said the resolution does not change amounts or create new mortgages.
