Twin Valley says service is live in Solomon; asks council to allow park Wi‑Fi and signage

Tammy Taylor told the council on April 7 that Twin Valley is now live in Solomon and currently serves 22 residential customers. Taylor said Twin Valley will provide service to the school for 2025 and has submitted a proposal requesting permission to install Wi‑Fi in City Park and place Twin Valley signage.
Taylor asked the council to review the proposal; no formal council action on park Wi‑Fi or signage was recorded that evening. The city discussed connectivity questions with other presenters: Jae Ecton of the Housing Authority said the authority considered switching service to Twin Valley but for cost reasons will remain with Vyve at this time.
Twin Valley's proposal is now with city staff for review and possible follow-up at a future meeting.
