The Woolwich Township Joint Land Use Board on Nov. 7 approved a minor subdivision for property at 2200 Oldmans Creek Road after hearing from the applicant’s attorney and professionals.
Attorney Dale Taylor and surveyor Dale Boston represented applicants John and Susan Maccarone. Taylor told the board the parcel is deed-restricted after transfer-of-development-rights credits were sold; the deed restrictions and the subdivision plan allow the parcel to be subdivided into lots of no less than 50 acres each, each with a single dwelling. All required professionals were sworn; because the application was a minor subdivision the board did not open the matter to a public hearing.
Member Kauffman moved to approve the minor subdivision; Member Trautz seconded. The board voted in favor on roll call. The minutes state the JLUB solicitor will review deeds before they are filed to ensure compliance with the deed restrictions and subdivision requirements.
The action clears the path for the applicants to record the subdivision once deed language is reviewed and approved by the solicitor.
