Woolwich JLUB adopts resolution correcting Villages I at Weatherby wording, approves minutes and adjourns

At its Sept. 5 meeting the Woolwich JLUB adopted Resolution #2024-31A (Summit Ventures, LLC — Villages I At Weatherby) after a motion to correct a typo in the title, approved the Aug. 1 minutes with four abstentions, and adjourned at about 7:56 p.m.
The Woolwich Township Joint Land Use Board on Sept. 5 moved several routine items: it approved the Aug. 1, 2024 regular meeting minutes (motion by Rushton, second by Juliano) with recorded abstentions from Grasso, Morgan, Moorer and Kauffman.
The board then addressed Resolution #2024-31A, a resolution regarding Summit Ventures, LLC and amended final major subdivision approval for Villages I At Weatherby (the board noted a typo and corrected block/lot references in the title). Juliano moved to adopt, Trautz seconded; the minutes record a roll call for the resolution showing Yes votes from Juliano, Trautz and Maugeri and indicate adoption.
With no further business the chairman asked for a motion to adjourn; Juliano moved, Grasso seconded, and the meeting adjourned at approximately 7:56 p.m. The meeting minutes are noted as not verbatim and an audio recording is on file with Secretary Shannon Kilpatrick.
