Committee approves AY2027 bridge performance agreement and forwards two TAC course approvals to consent agenda

Dr. Trey Hill reported that the Transfer and Articulation Committee (TAC) reviewed outcomes for two courses continued from the fall: CSC 1050 (introduction to digital logic design) and MAT 2040 (discrete structures). Faculty-led groups approved outcomes and TAC recommended them to BASC. Dr. Hill said the approvals would change the number of tech-approved courses (initially reported as increasing from 131 to 133; a participant corrected that after removal of intermediate algebra the count should be 132). The committee moved the TAC items to the board consent agenda and approved the motion.
Both actions were passed without substantive opposition and will appear on the full-board consent agenda for the May meeting.
