Chris Hingst moved to approve the agenda earlier in the meeting and later moved the consent calendar; Dustin Andrist seconded and the consent motion carried. Board members were also informed of new Blue Cross‑Blue Shield premium rates that take effect Nov. 1, 2024, through Oct. 31, 2025. BCBS reported an average increase of 8.00% in premiums.
