Manager Danny Conway told council the fire department’s tender for a new rescue vehicle has been posted; the tender closes on Jan. 20, 2025, at 2 p.m., and the opening will follow. Council recorded that the stadium has reopened but is seeing low bookings, and that the HR committee will not pursue adding a new union position for the bowling alley at this time; the manager was directed to write to the union to communicate that decision.
Council did not take further procurement votes at the meeting beyond those recorded for payables and Frac Flow. The Tract Consulting report posting is intended to provide public transparency, and the fire tender timetable sets procurement deadlines for interested vendors.
