Miner aldermen delay street awards, confirm slate of city appointments

Alderwoman Kay Whitaker moved and the board approved an ordinance amending the city purchasing policy (Bill 2025-11, Ordinance 1436), with the ordinance ordered to be read twice by heading only. The minutes also record acceptance of a cooperative agreement between the City of Miner and the Scott County Collector of Revenue and Clerk.
With routine business complete, the board voted to adjourn into executive session under Missouri law (RSMo 610.021.3 for personnel and RSMo 610.021.1 for legal matters). The minutes are signed by Mayor Frank Tatum and attested by City Clerk Julie Witt.
