Homeowner allowed limited seeding after cease-and-desist; commission to inspect Bullet Hill Road repair

The homeowner said he would consult local contractors and return with a proposed stone plan; commissioners recommended consulting experienced contractors or the town office for referrals. The commission agreed to conduct a site visit and to coordinate scheduling before the next regular meeting (the commission is not meeting in August), and the staff member said Elizabeth (staff) would coordinate timing with commissioners and the applicant.
