On food‑service funds, the board adopted a repayment policy requiring that meal account balances be provided to any student or staff member leaving the district immediately after departure. The district may deduct amounts owed for other expenses from those meal balances, and there will be a $2 processing fee for all checks. After 12 months, remaining funds are to be sent to the State of Kansas as unclaimed property. Bobbie moved the policy; Paige seconded. Motion carried 5‑0.
The board also approved renewal of the GoEdustar bid for $15,576.08. Bobbie moved to renew; Rhett Seyb seconded and the motion passed 5‑0.
