Board members voted to move an early-out day from Oct. 7 to Sept. 30 so teachers could use the time to prepare for parent/teacher conferences scheduled for Oct. 1. The motion passed unanimously after follow-up discussion from a prior December meeting; Superintendent Dr. Dan Endorf presented two calendar options and explained the edits made to fall and spring conference timing and early-outs.
The revised calendar also includes potential adjustments to the number and scheduling of early-out days. The board’s approval sets the calendar for district registration and staffing planning for the 2026–27 school year.
