Staff (James) said committee work sessions on May 12 and June 9 reviewed a draft table of uses, proposed zoning categories and a draft zoning map and that commissioners were briefed again earlier the same afternoon. James said definitions, district purpose statements and the use table remain a work in progress and emphasized everything shown so far is subject to change. He invited commissioners to flag any strong reactions early so the committee can consider them before public hearings and work sessions are scheduled.
