SILVER CREEK TOWNSHIP — At the Jan. 20 meeting the board approved small facility purchases and an outreach mailing in advance of the township’s annual meeting.
Chair Mike Helman moved and the board approved spending up to $300 to buy two chair-moving dollies to protect the township hall floor; Vice Chair Brandon Geyen seconded and the motion carried 3-0. The board also approved up to $750 to pay Monticello Printing for postcards and mailing fees to be sent to all residents to publicize the annual meeting; the motion was made by Geyen and seconded by Christensen and carried 3-0.
The meeting adjourned at 8:05 p.m. after a motion to adjourn by Geyen, seconded by Christensen and carried 3-0. The board will report on postcard mailing dates and dollies procurement in future minutes.
