Mount Kisco Architectural Review Board approves three sign and alteration projects

The Mount Kisco Architectural Review Board approved three applications at its June 25, 2025 meeting in the Frank J. DiMicco Board Room.
Chairman Daniel Loughney presided over the meeting, which began at 7:30 p.m. and listed members Daniel Loughney (Chairman), Andy Gonzalez (member) and Daniel Gagliardi (member) as present; Nicholas Bagley and James Vallejos were absent. Assistant Building Inspector Bill Seegmuller was staff on record.
Miguel, of Rodas Printing & Signs, presented a ground sign for Jeovannys Home Solution at 458 Lexington Avenue (Case ARB25-14). The Board reviewed renderings and dimensions for the sign. Board member Daniel Gagliardi moved to approve the application; member Andy Gonzalez seconded the motion and the vote was recorded as all ayes, approving the ground sign.
Jay Black, of Diamond Properties, presented a comprehensive sign package for 383 N Bedford Road (Case ARB25-18). The Board examined the submitted renderings and sign dimensions. Andy Gonzalez moved to approve the package; Daniel Gagliardi seconded and the motion carried with all ayes.
Sarah Dirsa, of KG+D Architects, presented additions and alterations to the building at Bet Torah, 60 Smith Avenue (Case ARB25-16). The Board reviewed architectural renderings and details of the proposed changes. Daniel Gagliardi moved to approve the project; Andy Gonzalez seconded and the motion passed with all ayes.
The Board did not approve the minutes from its May 21, 2025 meeting because there were not enough members who had been present at that meeting to form a quorum for approval; the minutes will be placed on the next agenda. No correspondence was recorded. The meeting adjourned at 7:55 p.m.
