The Mount Kisco Architectural Review Board met on May 21, 2025, and approved the minutes from its April 19 meeting. Chairman Daniel Loughney called the meeting to order at 7:45 p.m. in the Frank J. DiMicco Board Room; members James Vallejos, Daniel Gagliardi and Nicholas Bagley were present, Andy Gonzalez was absent, and Assistant Building Inspector Bill Seegmuller represented staff.
Case ARB25-14, a proposal for a ground sign for Jeovannys Home Solutions at 458 Lexington Avenue, was on the agenda but drew no representative. "There was no one in attendance to present the case to the Board for a ground sign at Jeovannys Home Solutions. No vote was taken by the Board," the minutes state; the board recorded no action on the application.
Member Daniel Gagliardi moved to approve the minutes of April 19, 2025; James Vallejos seconded the motion. The board recorded four ayes, approving the minutes. There were no correspondence items, and the meeting was adjourned at 7:48 p.m.
The board did not schedule further action on Case ARB25-14 in the available minutes; if the applicant appears at a future meeting, the application would be considered then.
