Tara McDevitt of Trinity Solar presented a rooftop solar plan for the Shiffrin residence at 27 Carlton Drive (Case ARB25-10) at the March 19 Architectural Review Board meeting.
Board members reviewed the submitted renderings and plans and requested a more symmetrical layout of the solar panels. The minutes record that the board asked the applicant to submit a revised layout to the Building Department and that the board would provide a vote via email once the revision was received. No formal motion or on-the-record vote was recorded in the minutes for this case at the March 19 meeting.
The request for a revised layout is procedural: the board retained authority to approve or deny the revised plan through an off-agenda email vote once staff has the updated submission. The applicant or Building Department will notify the board when the revised plans are available for review.
