Chairman Daniel Loughney called the meeting to order at 7:45 p.m. in the Frank J. DiMicco Board Room. Dillan Ruiz appeared before the board to present renderings and plans for a proposed exterior wall sign for Genesis Health Club (Case ARB25-13). The board reviewed the submitted materials and requested a reduced-size sign that is centered on the façade; the applicant was instructed to file the revised drawing with the Building Department for an e-mail vote by the board.
The board also handled routine minutes. Member Daniel Gagliardi moved to approve the minutes of March 19, 2025; James Vallejos seconded the motion. The board recorded three ayes and approved the minutes.
Members present were Chairman Daniel Loughney, James Vallejos and Daniel Gagliardi. Members Andy Gonzalez and Nicholas Bagley were listed as absent. Staff present included Bill Seegmuller, Assistant Building Inspector. The meeting adjourned at 7:56 p.m.
Next steps: Genesis Health Club is to submit revised, smaller, centered sign drawings to the Building Department for consideration; the board will record its decision via email once the revision is filed.
