• Approval of minutes: Hunter Wilson moved and Patrick McMahon seconded approval of the Oct. 13, 2025 regular meeting minutes; the motion passed unanimously.
• Impervious‑surface variance (11903 Spring Garden Lane): Motion by Karin Tyrer, seconded by Hunter Wilson, to approve a variance for a pool and decking contingent on installation of the designed stormwater detention basin. Vote: Delehanty, Wetherton, Tyrer and Wilson — yes; McMahon — no. Outcome: approved (4–1).
• Public Works siding contract: Motion by Hunter Wilson, seconded by Karin Tyrer, to accept Fall City Contracting’s bid of $76,313 for siding and stone on the Public Works building and salt shed. Vote: unanimous. Outcome: approved.
• Adjournment: Motion to adjourn by Patrick McMahon, seconded by Matt Delehanty; vote unanimous and meeting adjourned at 6:34 p.m.
