Lucas Koch of ENV Architects presented proposed façade alterations for DARCARS Lexus at 275 Kisco Avenue on Feb. 19, 2025. The board reviewed renderings and plans and voted to approve the alterations.
Dan Gagliardi moved to approve the faç ade changes and Andy Gonzalez seconded; the motion passed on a unanimous voice vote. Later in the meeting, the board approved the minutes of Jan. 15, 2025; James Vallejos did not vote on the minutes because he was not present at that earlier meeting. There was no correspondence, and the meeting adjourned at 8:05 p.m.
The DARCARS approval applies to the façade alterations as presented; any construction or permits must proceed through standard Building Department processes.
