Office of Analytics says it now houses data for all 11 jurisdictions; direct access for nine, extracts for Washoe and Clark

Erin Corbett, representing the Office of Analytics, told the committee that the last Data Use Agreement was signed Feb. 12 with Churchill County, giving the office access to juvenile‑justice data from all 11 jurisdictions. Corbett said the Office now has direct back‑end access for nine jurisdictions and is obtaining data extracts from Washoe and Clark counties.
Corbett described the Office of Analytics as the data hub: the office is housing the data, mapping the fields and working to generate state‑required and committee‑requested reports. She noted a pilot REDD report produced with Elko County this year as an example of translating the data into required reporting.
Committee members asked whether state‑required reports could be pulled from the aggregated dataset; Corbett said that is the intention and that the office is working through field mapping and report creation. The Office of Analytics’ work was presented as a foundation for the committee’s broader discussion about data sharing and the strategic plan.
The committee responded positively to the update; Chair Flores called the report "tremendous movement."
