No negative votes were cast. The motion carried, and Vice Chairman Klein later adjourned the meeting at 2:50 p.m.
Earlier in the meeting, the board had approved the Nov. 12, 2024 meeting minutes on a voice vote (motion moved by Representative Keith Kempenich, seconded by Senator Scott Meyer). The selection of leadership was recorded in the meeting minutes and no additional contested nominations or objections were included in the record.
