Commissioner Lee Miller moved to renew liability coverage through NDIRF at the same $2 million limit as the prior year; Commissioner Flath seconded. All votes were recorded as "aye."
The actions finalize the county’s fiscal plan for the coming year and set standard travel reimbursement for in‑state lodging. The board’s renewal of NDIRF maintains the county’s existing liability protection level.
