Legislative Audit and Fiscal Review Committee accepts 19 audit reports in voice vote

Pursuant to Section 54‑35‑02.2, the Legislative Audit and Fiscal Review Committee voted to accept the audit reports it reviewed at its Dec. 9 meeting. Representative Bert Anderson moved the motion, Senator Chuck Walen seconded it, and the measure carried on a voice vote.
The accepted reports included: Job Service North Dakota; Public Finance Authority; North Dakota Building Authority; Department of Trust Lands; Comprehensive Health Association of North Dakota; Bank of North Dakota; Guaranteed Student Loan Program; Bank of North Dakota College SAVE; Mill and Elevator Association; North Dakota Lottery; Attorney General; University System office; Dakota College at Bottineau; Minot State University; Dickinson State University; Highway Patrol; Historical Society; Game and Fish Department; and North Dakota Beef Commission.
The committee recorded acceptance of the reports for committee oversight and did not record a roll‑call tally beyond noting the voice vote carried.
