The Town of Maiden Rock board approved routine administrative items at its Jan. 12 meeting and recorded several action and follow-up items.
Supervisor John Danneker moved and Supervisor Allen White seconded acceptance of the December 2025 minutes and the December 2025 Treasurer's report; the minutes record all were in favor and the motions carried.
Clerk/Treasurer Carla R. Schuster reported she is working on tax payments. Under zoning permits, the clerk said Robert Loberg's office quoted $2,573.75 to discontinue 440th Street; property owner Dylan Holes had paid $2,000 and agreed to pay the remaining balance when he comes in to pay property taxes.
A resolution concerning authority bonds for business loans was tabled until next month. The board also reviewed upcoming bills and administrative postings. Time cards were reviewed with no concerns.
The minutes do not list further details for the authority bonds resolution or a precise schedule for when the 440th Street discontinuation will be finalized.
