The Southampton Township Land Development Board met April 2, 2026, at 6:05 p.m. and approved the minutes from its March 5, 2026 regular meeting by a unanimous vote. Newly appointed members were introduced and sworn in; the minutes note Ryan Hagerthey as a Class 2 member for a term listed January–December 2026.
Board Solicitor Mr. Lange reviewed four resolutions presented to the board. The board memorialized Resolution 2026.10 (25-2902091) for a bulk variance at 29 Constitution Drive, Block 2902.09 Lot 1 after a motion moved by Mr. Kavanagh and seconded by Mr. Harrison. Ayes were recorded from Ms. Conover, Mr. Coyle, Mr. Harrison, Mr. Heston, Mr. Kavanagh, Mr. Keebler, Chairman Magazzo and Mr. Mattio.
The board next memorialized Resolution 2026.11 (26-3401-14) for a bulk variance at 214 Front Street, Block 3401 Lot 14; the motion was moved by Mr. Heston and seconded by Mr. Kavanagh, and the same eight members voted aye. Resolution 2026.12 (26-2902089), a bulk variance for 18 Foxhill Drive, Block 2902.08 Lot 9, was moved by Mr. Coyle and seconded by Mr. Kavanagh and carried with the same ayes recorded.
The board considered Resolution 2026.13 (25-602-11), a minor site plan for 1880 Route 38, Block 602 Lot 11. Mr. Lange reviewed the resolution; a motion to memorialize it was moved by Mr. Kavanagh and seconded by Mr. Heston and was approved by the board. The minutes record no discussion on the resolutions and no public comment during the meeting.
The meeting concluded when Mr. Heston moved to adjourn, Ms. Conover seconded, and all were in favor. The transcript lists Mr. Murphy as absent; other attendees included the board members listed above and Mr. Lange, board solicitor.
