Deputy Mayor Hirsch moved the consent agenda and Councilwoman Kelley seconded; the vote was unanimous.
Council action on the consent agenda bundles ministerial approvals into one roll-call vote; no separate public comment or debate was recorded on those items at the June 4 meeting.
